Summary: We were in COS to attend a concert and drive up Pike’s Peak. This home was the perfect location and has great amenities. The listing was accurate and the fenced in yard allowed our dogs to be off-leash.

Summary: Kevin is a great host, house is exactly as advertised, spacious and clean. All amenities provided and location is close enough to everything you would want to do in the springs, as long as you have a car. I did not know there is no air conditioning in the house so be wary if you’re going the extreme heat, Kevin did arrange for a portable AC in one room and a cooling fan in another.

Summary: We were inbetween apt moves and the Brbo had a usable garage and safe and convenient location! We also had 2 cats and were so happy cats were allowed and there was a separate level with bed and bathroom. Host responded quickly when we were getting anxious about check-in Overall an excellent stay- thank you

Summary: Everything was wonderful except the sliding glass door in the king bedroom didn’t lock and didn’t have a rod to block the door from being opened. The home was very comfortable and spacious and extremely clean! Thank You!
